Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how InternalToolsDC (the “Service”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our internal workspace. Because the Service is provided for authorized team members, the information we handle is limited to what is needed to operate the Service and support your work.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, provided directly or through Google sign-in.
- Authentication data — one-time login codes and session tokens used to keep you signed in.
- Usage and content data — the records you create or edit within the tools, such as recipes and inventory.
- Technical data — basic log information such as IP address and request metadata, used for security and reliability.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, security issues, and technical problems.
- Comply with legal and internal record-keeping obligations.
3. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Service, including Google for sign-in and analytics and email providers for delivering login codes. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function and under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your access to the Service is active or as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. Login codes and temporary tokens are short-lived and expire automatically.
5. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your account by keeping your login credentials confidential.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your team administrator. Note that some information may need to be retained to meet legal or operational requirements.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, contact your team administrator or the person who granted you access to the Service.
