Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InternalToolsDC (the “Service”), an internal workspace and set of tools provided for authorized team members. By signing in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and access
The Service is intended solely for use by current employees, contractors, and other collaborators who have been granted access. Access is tied to your individual account and may not be shared. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or access is no longer appropriate.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. In particular, you will not:
- Access data or features you are not authorized to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security of the Service.
- Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Share confidential information with anyone who is not authorized to receive it.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach.
4. Content and data
Content you create or upload through the Service, including recipes, inventory records, and other business data, remains the property of the organization. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed to your team administrator or the person who granted you access to the Service.
